This single-origin from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea is as wildly unique as the country it is grown in. Upon grinding it, your senses will be overtaken with fragrant aromas of cedar and tobacco. In the cup, it presents a refined flavor profile of red wine and currant. By endorsing organic and Fair Trade practices, the co-op is able to sustain and grow their operations to support over 12,000 family farmers in Papua New Guinea.
